Do you think it’s selfish for someone to have a baby over the age of 45?
An increasing number of Irish women are having babies after their 50th birthday too.
The trend for older mothers is being put down to people living longer and advances in fertility treatments.
So do you agree? Is it selfish to have a baby later in life? If a person is 50 when they have their first child, they will be 68 before the child is deemed an adult.
But maybe you think it’s nobody’s business and that nobody should judge another parent for the choices they make.
So…..Is it selfish to have a child over the age of 45?
